This game still exists? At one point it was like 15 minutes worth of content, then the dev decided to remake it and spent 3 years redoing that same 15 minutes.

Yes and no. Atleast we have action with almost everyone now unlike other games. Still 7 years it just unjustifiable amount of time for the amount of content.The dev is really milking this. 7 years and this game has gone absolutely nowhere.
